
The new proposal from the European Union implies a more comprehensive approach to the entire life cycle of a vehicle - from design, to dismantling and recycling, to the reuse of parts and the responsibility of manufacturers.
The focus has been on, among others. :
The industry, both in Poland and in the EU, points to the need to clarify many provisions, including the availability of technical data, clear criteria for classifying a vehicle as waste, or the reality of the material objectives set. We thank the organizers and participants for the valuable conversations.
Jako Waste Service Group we will closely follow the development of ELV legislation, share knowledge and support solutions that really strengthen the circular economy. The future of vehicle dismantling and recycling is just around the corner - we are happy to be part of it.
