Is this the future of recycling? 🌍 The new method of waste segregation, which will be introduced in the country from 2026, involves placing all waste in one container.
👉 Instead of several containers, only one. Simplifying segregation rules is likely to result in an increase in the amount of waste being recycled. By contrast, changing the number of containers should reduce the cost of collection and transportation.
However, there are also minuses, and one of them is the reduction in the quality of the collected waste. This problem can arise as a result of mixing different types of raw materials in one place, which can be damaged.
Will such a solution be adopted permanently? It remains to be seen, but it is definitely worth following the development of this innovation!
